Serhii Chrucky is a photographer known for being a sharp, perceptive interpreter of modern and contemporary architecture. He has also been active in advocacy groups such as Docomomo, the Chicago Art Deco Society, and the Society for Industrial Archaeology. He is a member of the Professional Photographers of America, and is an associate member of the American Institute of Architects. His work has been included in numerous print and online publications, including Artforum, National Geographic, and the New York Times.

Serhii has taught courses and workshops on a variety of digital and analog photographic techniques at institutions in St. Louis and Chicago, including the University of Missouri–St. Louis, the University of St. Francis, Maryville University, and Craft Alliance.
