One Manhattan Square is an 80-story condominium located on the Lower East Side waterfront in New York City. Designed by AAI, the building's glossy curtain wall reflects the East River and surrounding city. The tower's prominent location next to the Manhattan Bridge offers panoramic views. The entrance features metal detailing, providing a warm contrast to the glass facade. Photographing this exterior-only project presented challenges due to the extremely cold early morning conditions, though these also resulted in dramatic lighting shifts on the curtain wall. Limited vantage points in the dense urban environment and street furniture obstructions further complicated capturing the building's full scale and the entryway.
